Nate connects people to stories that matter

Nate Weiner (Wine-er) is a Minneapolis-based composer whose career has been built on connecting people to stories that matter. Best known as the Founder and CEO of Pocket (acquired by Mozilla), he helped over 50 million people discover and consume valuable stories, earning recognition on Time Magazine's "World Changers" list. Following his role as SVP at Mozilla, Nate embarked on a new chapter.

Nate has returned to a lifelong passion: music for film, TV, and video games, a continuation of his work on connecting people to stories. After completing Berklee College of Music's Film/TV/Games composition program, he began collaborating with 3 Wines Music on film and TV projects. Recent credits include Ruthless and The Oval from Tyler Perry Studios for BET, and the feature films Coaled Blood (premiered at Cinequest and Dances With Films), Angeleno (Best Feature Film Honorable Mention, Dances With Films), and Old Gray Mare, directed by Courtney Glaude. He was also nominated for Best Original Music for his score on Yesterdays & Tomorrows, a Z-Fest film.
